Shipping

To ensure fast, reliable service, we always ship via UPS. You can choose Ground, 2-Day, 3-Day or Next Day delivery. We ship domestically and internationally, but cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

We usually ship orders within 5 business days of when you place the order [most times less!]. If for any reason the order cannot be shipped within that time, we’ll let you know. You are never charged for the order until it ships. Please let us know if you have a special delivery deadline. We will do our best to meet it, and will let you know right away if we can’t.

We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. From there, however, we are not able to take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you.

We do ship outside the U.S. at an additional charge. We will contact you by email with the additional charge information after you place your order. We will not charge your credit card until we confirm all charges with you.

Shipping costs are based on the total cost of your order, and the method of shipping you select.

Virginia Residents

Since we are based in Charlottesville, Virginia, we have to charge Virginia residents sales tax on merchandise and shipping charges for all Virginia deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the unused item for an item or items of equal value or for store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds for returns, unless we made an error with the order.

Please note that any custom or personalized stationery order is final sale and not returnable or exchangeable due to its custom-made nature.

Prior to shipping us the item for return/exchange, email us within 14 days of purchase with your name, order information, reason for return/exchange, and item you would like for exchange [if applicable]. To send merchandise, use the shipping method of your choice. We highly recommend the use of tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for customer exchanges that are not received. Mail the item, in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt, to us at: Rock Paper Scissors, Attn: Returns, 110 Second Street NE, Charlottesville VA 22902 . The cost of return shipping must be prepaid by you. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.

Gift Certificates
