Tracy celebrates homeownership.

Our resident problem solver galore, Tracy Edgerton, finally has something to hang her hat on -- introducing our new and improved (well, her assets on paper are improved anyhow; her person didn't need any improving; we're so at home with her as it is) problem solver galore/proud homeowner galore! Congrats on the purchase of your very own abode/lawn to mow, Tracy! Oh, and the best part, she, her husband Todd, and their firstborn, Hank the Jack Russell Terrier don't even have to move! They went right ahead and bought the house they live in already!

This people, is the primary reason she is the resident problem solver galore, period. Case in point.
