One day Mudhouse, the next MoMA?

Our very own Sara Brown is showing her fabulous art for the whole month of December at a little Downtown Charlottesville institution (ok—and it is a coffee shop!) called the Mudhouse. Lovely charcoals and pastel-hued oils paired with an eccentric palate of materials make this a show not to be missed. Think abstract meets architecture meets, well, some pleasantly calming paintings. Important sidenote: Sara is not only a very talented artist, but she also just happens to be our talented artist/set designer/window-store displayer extraordinaire! Word to the wise: if you're even thinking about buying one for yourself or someone you love, you'd better hop to; Sara's already sold more than half her show! Go Sara!
